MANUFACTURE

We manufacture our products on machines of reputable producers. CNC machines are connected via a LAN network to a central server. The CAM software UNIGRAPHIC we use enables machining of the work pieces up to the level of five axles. Precision of the work pieces is ensured, in addition to the efficient tools used, also by a clamping system. The electrodes worked are clamped in a clamp holder with the exactly defined position throughout the entire process - manufacture, measurements up to the use on CNC boring machines.

ASSEMBLY

Assembly of our products is carried out by our experienced staff paying attention to each detail so that the final moulded piece complies with all the quality requirements defined.
